The Scriptures are off the grid and not in the public discourse banned from school and public places and how dare anyone to have the Ten Commandments displayed or any politician to refer to a Bible verse.
Even in so-called modern Christianity, the Bible and its teachings are becoming more of a historical context falling victim to a modern alternative version of positive thinking and multi-media presentation. Don’t expect people to bring their own personal Bible to Church and read from it as they follow along with the study.
What ever happened to Sin and the need for Repentance? Does anyone need to get wet in Baptism anymore or is it simply inconvenient? Holiness?… Oh My, please, what an outdated concept; that’s just how it use to be and we’ve come so far since then. Relics of the past.
Is the Bible becoming an artifact, just a keepsake of the family, that has birth and marriage dates in it?
Use to be people read the Bible and used it as a guideline for life. How does this Bible-less approach seem to be working out for the world?
