A new study says Americans are stressed out over the future of America with increasing levels of anxiety over the future which Last Days prophecies foretold. The survey by the American Psychological Association is providing warning signals for Americans who are more stressed out today than a decade ago.
According to the survey, average stress levels have definitely went up over the past 10 years. Some called out the recent and contentious presidential election with its remaining political divide as a significant source of stress. Others were concerned about personal safety and security in today’s world.
Additionally, a significant two-thirds majority of all respondents said they feel stressed about our nation’s future.
“There is a level of stress about what’s happening in our nation that seems to transcend the political parties,” says a director of the research. Another practitioner said, “People are reporting that they feel tense all the time, a lot of people tell me, ‘I’m afraid of what’s coming next.’”
The prophecies (Luke 21:25-27) foretell that a Sign of the Last Days is that stress in world society will rise over the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, and to such a level that nations of the earth will be distressed and men’s hearts failing them from fear.
But for those born-again of water and Spirit into the Kingdom of God, as Jesus and His Apostle Peter instructed (John 3:3-7 / Acts 2:37-38), the Holy Spirit of love and peace is shed abroad in our hearts and minds;
Until the Day of Jesus Christ when he comes for His Bride the Church who has been faithful to Him, and we are delivered from the wrath of the Great Tribulation of Earth into the clouds with the Lord Jesus to go to Heaven for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
