What was before thought of as fantasy is now reality where war can be waged from outer space as the prophecy said with the stars falling from heaven and the powers of the heavens shaken.
With each missile and satellite launched by other countries, the space once dominated by the U.S. is under threat. The U.S. responded with the Air Force Space Command which has launched the Space Mission Force with the objective of preparing space forces as a ready force capable of protecting the U.S. from weapon systems from space.
America has had a historic military advantage that depended heavily on satellite technology and other countries are working to eliminate that advantage.
Air Force Space Commander General John Hyten has said America’s enemies are catching up in the military space race. For example China carried out a satellite interception test with a ballistic missile reportedly destroying a satellite in orbit.
It’s starting to get crowded in outer space too with satellites in orbit around earth from many nations. Many of these satellites are for communications that keep the world economy humming.
But some of them are thought to be for harmful purposes as killers if war broke out. Even North Korea has satellites orbiting over the U.S. now.
When a world war of prophecy does break out it will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” ~ Matthew 24:29
