After violent clashes between law enforcement and protesters in the wake of George Floyd’s death,  Seattle’s Capitol Hill area has been taken over by protesters after the police withdrew.

Now protesters calling to defund the police and make sweeping reforms to law enforcement tactics have declared a six-block region — spanning 13th Avenue past 11th Avenue, near Cal Anderson Park, and from East Olive Street to East Pike Street — as the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” (CHAZ).

The protesters have complete control of the 6 block area and say it is a “no-cop zone.”

As they have erected barriers and fencing to control entry to their autonomous zone and placed their own armed guards.

Residents who live within the boundaries are forced to show ID to prove they belong there before they are being allowed to enter into their homes.

Within the blockaded zone, occupiers have set up tents, painted murals, and have music playing from speakers.

One resident in the area said there were tents lining the streets, barricades littered throughout the intersections by protesters, and civilians walking around with AR15s.

City officials have told police to stay away from the area unless there is a call to 911 for help.

Meanwhile the police department said it’s looking to start negotiations with the leaders of the protest movement to gain access again to the police precinct.

President Trump lambasted the democratic governor and Seattle mayor urging them to take control of the situation with the President demanding “LAW & ORDER!” in Seattle.

He also said, “Take back your city NOW. If you don’t do it, I will. This is not a game. These ugly Anarchists must be stooped IMMEDIATELY. MOVE FAST!”

With the President seemingly threatening to invade Seattle to defeat the protesters and take back the area restoring control with law and order.

The Biblical prophecies of Jesus (Matthew 24, Luke 21) foretell that the Last Days will be a time of lawlessness and violence indicating the nearing end of this age of grace.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
