Yellowstone volcano geologists have identified a cluster of earthquakes near the Yellowstone caldera boundary which is a fault line that formed when the volcano last erupted.

The new swarm of tremors has hit the US national park deep under Yellowstone Lake, a 110 square mile body of water that is cut in half by the Yellowstone Caldera boundary.

Although other swarms have been recorded in the past, this swarm is larger than average in terms of the number of tremors. And Yellowstone experts say one interesting aspect of this swarm is that it is occurring directly on the boundary of the Yellowstone Caldera.

This is causing them to ask the question, “could this swarm be a reactivation of that boundary fault?

The experts say only further research will be able to address that question, but existing faults and cracks are weak zones that are frequently prone to slipping, especially in the presence of hydrothermal fluids like those that are found in abundance at Yellowstone.

Earlier this year in September, 2020, another swarm occurred with about 100 located earthquakes in 24 hours with the swarm located where the southern part of the caldera-bounding fault intersects a regional fault zone.

Time will tell if this current swarm of quakes will approach the size of some of the larger swarms that have occurred in the past few decades, but one never knows how things are going to go, especially when it comes to earthquakes.

And the location of the swarm at existing faults and cracks which are weak zones frequently prone to slipping could possibly indicate a future quake from the ancient fault lines.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
