Marching. Protests. Violence. Rioting. Civil Unrest in America. – And it was predicted.
An economist named Armstrong, who is said to have correctly predicted the 1987 Black Monday crash as well as the 1998 Russian financial collapse, is also said to have forecast civil unrest in America by 2016.
Predicting that rising resentment against the status quo as a result of economic inequality, along with a system unable or unwilling to gauge the anger that Americans felt toward their government, was likely to cause a serious political uprising.
The 2016 U.S. election with the overwhelming surprise election of a very different government, along with the resulting protest marches and violence, could be a representation of such a prediction.
But certainly Jesus Christ had originally and correctly predicted 2000 years ago in Matthew 24 that there would be a coming of offensiveness, betrayal, and hatred resulting in lawlessness.
And that it would produce the division, unrest, and violence in society that is increasingly becoming realized. He said these were signs of the coming end of the current age which the Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 3 termed as the Last Days.
