The Arab League has told Israel to stop Jews from praying on the Holy Mount in Jerusalem which they say insults Muslims and threatened that this Jewish prayer at the site could trigger a wider conflict.
The Arabs also accused Israel of restricting Muslims right of worship in Jerusalem’s Old City while also allowing Jews to enter the Holy Hill sacred site under police protection to pray.
The Arabs, at an emergency meeting of the Arab league in Amman, Jordan, said “Our demands are clear that Al-Aqsa and Haram al Sharif in all its area is a sole place of worship for Muslims.”
But Israeli leaders have said that they are ensuring freedom of worship for all religions in Jerusalem not just Muslims only.
The walled Old City plateau sitting atop the Holy Hill is known to Muslims as Haram al Sharif (Noble Sanctuary) and to the Jews as the Temple Mount, the holiest site in Judaism, where they believe the two previous Jewish temples were located.
And Israel regards the whole of Jerusalem as its capital and the center of the Jewish faith which is focused at the Temple Mount. Where the Arab resistance is preventing Jewish worship from happening which is a flashpoint for the Arab-Israeli conflict.
The Holy Bible foretells that end-time prophecy fulfillment will come through Jerusalem and the Temple Mount which will cause a final convulsion of Arab-Israeli conflict.
And then when the Arab resistance is removed a Last Days Jewish Temple will be built as prophesied. Through which comes he who will be called the anti-Christ that brings the wrath of the tribulation of Revelation prophecy.
The Biblical prophecies (Zechariah 14, Matthew 24, Luke 21, Revelation 11) foretell that Jerusalem and a Jewish Temple will become the focus of the world in the Last Days signaling we are nearing the end of this age and the coming of Jesus Christ.
These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
