Blindspot, the very popular American crime drama series on NBC television created by Martin Gero and produced by Warner Bros. Television & Berlanti Productions, is about a mysterious tattooed woman who has lost her memory and does not know her own identity. The FBI discovers that her marks or tattoos contain clues to upcoming crimes and through analysis of the tattoos will solve and prevent them.
Tattoos have been significantly promoted in culture in recent times by the media in various shows such as BlindSpot and Inked. Now, it’s to where the practice is more readily accepted and pronounced in contemporary society.
Tattoos have a long history and acceptance in mankind of being used as a marking to represent a person’s belief, loyalty and status; from the ancient traditions of Asian-Pacific peoples to the recent use in Nazi Germany to identify Jews in Nazi concentration camps during the Holocaust.
How could this ancient, accepted, and proven practice through identification of mankind with marking of a number (“…for it is the number of a man…” Revelation 13:18) be merged with modern digital technology?
The answer is already here. Similar to the NBC show Blindspot with the FBI analyzing tattoos, in real world the FBI is supporting the development of Tattoo Recognition Technology through its Biometric Center for Excellence.
Just this year, the National Institute for Standards and Technology, a part of the US Department of Commerce, hosted a challenge to explore how recognition technology could be used to identify people based on their tattoos. The effort, sponsored by the FBI Biometric Center, included governmental, academia, and commercial groups. The winner was MorphoTrak, image-based algorithm software for tattoo recognition with a 99.4 % precision rate of success.
Barcodes are already the standard for identification technology in society being used in retail for scanning everything that we buy and sell (“…and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark…” Revelation 13:17) and already used in healthcare scanning the patient’s bar-coded arm band for identification (“He causes all…to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads…” Revelation 13:16).
With the intersection of technology with the Prophecies of Holy Scripture in the environment of the severe Signs of the Last Days™, will it become acceptable to the world to move the bar-coded arm band permanently onto the right hand for identification, access, and protection?
So what, it’s just a little bit of body ink that serves a common good with a great solution. Then the Antichrist and his False Prophet will have what’s required for them to implement their one world governmental and religious solution to the pressing security and financial issues in those perilous times.
