First, we had unprecedented cyclonic storms with walls of water wrecking devastation. But now, in California eyewitnesses say that ‘hell storms’ with 100 feet high walls of fire are sweeping across tens of thousands of acres of land.
The surprising surge of fire left people just time enough to grab car keys and to flee. And some are not getting out in time. So far ten are dead with many more injured and thousands of homes and businesses have been turned to ash as never before seen fires are burning across California.
Facing the most damaging series of blazes in modern California history — fires that left thousands of evacuees in scores of emergency shelters and the wine industry potentially crippled — the Governor declared a state of emergency.
Sound familiar? First after the eclipse, it was storms of water with evacuations and states of emergency declared. Now its storms of fire with destructive results creating devastation.
Officials are saying they have no containment of the fires which are roaring into their communities and overrunning them as people flee in the night on foot and in cars.
One resident said that as they were loading stuff into the car, in a moment it became surreal and they could not breathe as a hell-storm of smoke and ash descended on them.
Another resident said the wind from the hell storm was so bad that their car was shaking. Another said when the flames jumped into their neighborhood that people ran for their lives and when they tried to drive away a house was engulfed in front of them forcing a u-turn and ending up stuck in traffic while escaping down back country roads avoiding trees on fire or blown down.
So vast was the havoc, and so sweeping the evacuations, that one city of 175,000 people, was a virtual ghost town from side to side, with businesses shuttered. And two hospitals were evacuated also transferring pregnant women in labor.
In California, county officials said that emergency dispatchers were overwhelmed by 911 calls. Power outages are widespread. People flocked to gas stations in cities that were safe from the conflagrations, to fuel up and buy water and other supplies. Evacuation centers were set up, then quickly filled, forcing more to open.
We just reported the same kind of results from back-to-back monster hurricane storms, and now the same is happening again but by fire.
In some places families started trickling back into their neighborhoods where they stood in front of smoldering rubble, hands covering mouths as they tried to take in the sight. Some held each other and sobbed. Others just shook their heads.
Disasters by water and now by fire have just kept coming since the American eclipse. These are Signs of the Last Days prophecies.
God is giving so many warnings, so many signs, pointing to the prophecies of the Last Days. Warnings to avoid the coming trouble of The Great Tribulation.
It is prophesied by the Apostle Peter that “… the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.” (2 Peter 3:6-7)
