Hurricane Dorian became historic as the strongest ever recorded storm in that region of the Atlantic Ocean.

The National Hurricane Center said the storm was the strongest ever on record at the Bahamas when it approached the Islands with sustained winds of 185 mph that at times also roared up to 220 mph.

Dorian also ranks as one of the strongest storms ever recorded in the Atlantic Ocean, with the storm’s peak sustained winds as the strongest ever so far north in the Atlantic Ocean east of Florida on record.

Welcome to the age of Category 6 hurricanes.

In recent years, hurricanes have been reaching a new level of intensity with wind speeds that are roaring beyond the current hurricane wind scale.

These new super-storms with wind speeds of 175 to 200 mph and even higher have busted out the top of the Saffir–Simpson hurricane wind scale making it obsolete as it is.

When you look at the current hurricane wind scale, only about 20 mph, a little more or less, actually divide the categories from one another.

For example, category 3 begins at 111 mph, and category 4 begins at 130 mph, a differential of only 19 mph. And category 5, the top of the scale, begins at 157 mph, a differential of only 27 mph, and it is just left open-ended.

But now we have entered a prophetic period with historic storms as Hurricane Dorian with 185, 200, and 220 mph winds that have busted out the top of the Hurricane wind speed scale into a new Biblical level of a category 6 with roaring winds that can destroy cities if they get a direct hit.

Like can you imagine what would have happened if Hurricane Dorian had directly hit Miami, Florida, head on with those 185 mph to 220 mph winds and then stalled out and just sat there? … it would have been hugely Biblical.

And Dorian is not the first storm with these super-charged winds. For with Hurricane Dorian strengthening into an official strong over Category 5+ storm, that makes it four years in a row that there has been an official  Category 5+ storm in the Atlantic Basin.

A historic first since satellite measurements began. Yea, we have reached a new level of these destructive storms that the current wind scale does not adequately capture or communicate. We are now at Cat 6.

We now have these high-speed wind storms on a recent recurring basis, like with Hurricanes Irma and Maria and now Dorian with 175 to 185 mph sustained winds and gusts at 200 mph and higher.

And back in October 2015, the most powerful hurricane ever recorded in the Western Hemisphere churned its way along the Pacific coast of Mexico.

Named Patricia, that massive storm awed the world of meteorology as it intensified in only 24 hours from 85 mph sustained winds to 205 mph. And at its peak on Oct. 23, the storm reached top sustained winds of 215 mph. No doubt Cat 6 and above.

The world was lucky the storm did not strike close to a major population center where it would have been devastating but hit a rural part of Mexico’s coast.

And the scientists also believe the warmer oceans from higher temperatures in these sustained heat waves are putting more heated water into the atmosphere that will create more of these Category 6 super-storms.

In articles by the New York Post and the Guardian adapted from the book “This Is The Way The World Ends,” they describe how American meteorologist Jeff Masters, a former “hurricane hunter” for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and one of the most respected meteorologists in America, says he is concerned about the potential for destruction from these category 6 and higher extreme hurricanes.

He describes the Great Hurricane of 1780 that hit the Lesser Antilles Islands as such a hurricane that it had a death toll of 22,000 people, and so intense were the winds of the Great Hurricane that it actually peeled the bark off the trees.

Something only EF5 tornadoes with winds in excess of 200 mph have been known to do. And then he said it’s not only possible but almost certain that our warming temperatures of earth will cause such more storms just as extreme and intense.

And many other meteorologists are also calling for the obsolete Saffir–Simpson hurricane wind scale to be extended to recognize the reality of the new level of intensity for these storms that Jesus Christ foretold would happen in His Biblical Prophecies of the Last Days.

Jesus foretold these intense roaring hurricane storms carried by the seas and waves that will  bring distress and perplexity to the nations from the coming devastation and massive financial losses.

He prophesied in Luke 21:25 that on the earth there would be distress of nations, with perplexity, because the sea and the waves are roaring. And that is exactly what is happening.

Jesus in this prophecy foretells the intensification of earth’s weather cycles where the sea and the waves as the regulator and transporter of the earth’s weather that is generated from the heat of rising temperatures (Revelation 16) would create storms roaring with intensity.

And that is how people described Dorian as it hit the Bahamas. A news correspondent said during his live report from the city of Freeport that it “Sounds like a jet engine outside right now, … howling, blasting, wailing, the longest night of so many people’s lives in the Bahamas right now.”

Scientists and the Biblical prophecies are in agreement in that we have reached a time period with storm events at a new level of intensity. And these events and conditions happening now are signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age.

Revealing it’s time to prepare for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).

Which prepares those Biblically born again into the Kingdom of God to be ready to escape all these things that will come to pass, in the wrath of the tribulation of Revelation prophecy that comes upon the world of disobedience, as the born again Church is not appointed to wrath but instead to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.
