The new contagious and deadly virus from Wuhan, China, continues to quickly spread world-wide. The disease has now killed at least 81 people in China and sickened thousands more worldwide.

As the CDC says that it is currently monitoring 110 people across 26 states for the coronavirus, including the five patients who contracted the deadly infection in China and brought it back to America.

They say that every day they are learning more about the virus and continue to assess if their guidance or response should be improved. Understanding that many people in the United States are worried about the virus and how it will affect Americans.

The number of “patients under investigation” in the U.S. has doubled.

The CDC has just confirmed a fifth U.S. case of the virus, a patient in Maricopa County, Arizona, who recently traveled to Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the disease’s outbreak.

They also say that the outbreak is unfolding rapidly, so they are rapidly looking at how that impacts their stance and are considering broadening screening.

China’s National Health Commission Minister, Ma Xiaowei, said on Sunday that the incubation period could range from one to 14 days, and the virus was infectious during incubation, unlike the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome.

In China, some 50 million people are now quarantined under travel restrictions.

Shanghai Disney is closed until further notice at a time when the theme park would normally be packed with tourists during the Lunar New Year holiday. And Starbucks and McDonald’s also closed in Hubei province where Wuhan is located.

Amazingly, the World Health Organization (WHO) declined at two emergency meetings last week to say it was a worldwide emergency.

The Biblical prophecies (Matthew 24, Luke 21) foretell that pestilence will be a sign of the Last Days indicating the coming end of this age of grace.

These events and conditions happening now are signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).

Preparing those Biblically born again into the Kingdom of God to be ready to escape all the things that will come to pass, in the wrath of the tribulation of Revelation prophecy, that comes upon the world of disobedience. As the born again Church is not appointed unto wrath (1 Thessalonians 1:10) but instead to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.
