Turkey’s President Erdogan has just recently threatened to attack Israel saying that Turkey would liberate the al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem.

And Mossad, Israel’s National Intelligence Agency, believes Erdogan’s threats. For Yossi Cohen, the Director of Mossad, is reported as recently saying that for Israel “the real threat is from Turkey.”

Cohen is the man who is given the credit for secretly negotiating the groundbreaking peace deal between Israel and the UAE known now as the Abraham Accords.

And reportedly he has been talking secretly with fellow spooks in the Arab Gulf states for years, pointing out that they share a common enemy in Iran.

But recently this year it was revealed that about 20 months ago, he reportedly told spymasters from Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates that “Iranian power is fragile, but the real threat is from Turkey.”

Not meaning that Iran had ceased to be a threat now, but rather that Israel believed it could be contained.

Which Israel has been doing through sanctions, embargoes, intelligence sharing, and with secret covert raids assassinating nuclear scientists and sabotaging Tehran’s nuclear facilities.

But Cohen and Mossad believe that Turkey has now grown into an existential threat that is an actual menace to the Middle East and Israel.

As Turkey under its President Erdogan has become increasingly unstable taking dangerous risks across the Middle East flirting with war that is posing a serious challenge to strategic stability in the eastern Mediterranean.

Right now Turkey is a major agitator of conflict in the region. Turkey has been involved in 3 wars in the Mid-East, in Syria, in Northern Iraq, and in Libya.

And Turkey is still involved on the verge of starting a major conflict with Greece. As NATO now is no longer a force that can keep Greek and Turkish relations stable.

And Turkey has also breached NATO obligations by buying the Russian’s S-400 missiles. With Turkey just using the S-400 Russian missile system activating it against US F-16 Fighting Falcon Jets tracking them in Greece.

In Erdogan’s madness to control more of the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East, Turkey continues involving itself in more conflicts, including the Middle East with Iraq and Syria, in North Africa with Libya, in Europe with Greece, and now in the Caucasus with Armenia and Azerbaijan.

And let’s not forget that Turkey’s authoritarian president said he wants all power in the hands of the presidency, and also Erdogan declared Hitler and Hitler’s Germany as a positive role model for his reforms in Turkey. Which they brought the Holocaust to the Jews.

So Israel’s Mossad, as they are watching Turkey’s increasing belligerence and willingness to take military action in the Middle East, has elevated the threat of Turkey to be that of Iran and greater.

And these two countries of Iran and Turkey, called out by their ancient tribal names of Persia and the house of Togarmah and Tubal, are in the Ezekiel 38-39 Gog of Magog prophecy as being among those who will attack Israel causing serious repercussions among the nations in Last Days prophecy.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
