An unprecedented historic catastrophe is unfolding at this moment around us in the region of Houston . After being up all night from tropical storms and sweeping water, we are now having a day of more tropical rains and flooding.
The foreboding bad news is that its not stopping but has gotten worse. Two feet of water has fallen on us but more is pouring down fiercely now.
The bands of dark clouds just keep coming pouring out even more water upon us. The water is rising everywhere with more flooding coming from every river and bayou. In the next few hours and days it seems there will be flooding at unprecedented levels.
There are reports of people adversely affected from losing their autos, losing their homes and apartments walking down streets in waist-deep water, and sadly some losing their life in the flood waters.
Although every soul is important, still we are thankful for the miracle of no more death than what has happened so far.
Please pray for us that God will continue to be merciful and protect.
