The Last Days prophecies in Revelation foretell how the Horsemen of the Apocalypse as War, Famine and then Pestilence will ride through the earth and this is just what has happened in Yemen.
Yemen has been ravaged by the Islamic proxy war between Iran and Saudi Arabia with the intense conflict in Yemen leaving more than 18.8 million people in need of humanitarian assistance and 14.8 million without access to health care services.
The war has caused severe famine and the lack of adequate drinking water resulting in a cholera epidemic whose speed of infection the World Health Organization has said is unprecedented.
They currently estimate there is more than 100,000 cases of the deadly cholera outbreak in Yemen but warned that there could be as many as 300,000 cases in the country within six months if current conditions persist.
More than 10,000 people have been killed and millions displaced in more than two years of war, which has also destroyed much of the country’s infrastructure. At any facilities that are functioning, they are overflowing with cholera patients with people lying outdoors and sitting under trees.
Life in Yemen is a desperate struggle for survival, with the pestilence of cholera, the malnutrition of famine, and the relentless violence of war constantly sounding a death knell at their doorsteps.
These are signs of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse foretold in the Last Days Prophecy of the Book of Revelation.
