Israel’s Coronavirus Cabinet voted to remove lockdown restrictions on public activity and reopen the Israeli economy, but only for those who have been vaccinated.
The decision is aimed primarily at people who have received the coronavirus vaccine, while the unvaccinated will continue to be barred from a number of venues.
Many venues will be reopened only for people with valid vaccination certificates, including hotels, museums, gyms, malls and shopping centers, swimming pools, and sporting and cultural events.
Israel’s so-called coronavirus czar, Nachman Ash, said anybody gaining unauthorized access to restricted areas and events will be subject to harsh punishment.
An app and barcoded certificates are being organized, which Israelis will be able to download to show that they have been vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19.
The government is also seeking to pass a bill that will require all workers who have a high exposure to the public to be vaccinated.
Many of the institutions set to re-open have been shuttered for the better part of the past year due to the pandemic. The decision marks a major move toward normalcy in the country, during the ongoing national vaccination drive.
The Biblical prophecies (Matthew 24, Luke 21, Revelation 13) foretell that there will be pestilences and increase of authoritarian government as signs of the Last Days indicating the nearing end of this age.
These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
