Israeli Helicopters Strike Iran’s Hezbollah Militia In Syria

Signs of the Last Days® MinistryNews

Helicopters from Israel Defense Forces struck three targets in Syria near the border at the Golan Heights according to reports.

They say missiles struck targets connected to the Hezbollah terror group on the outskirts of the town of al-Baath as well as other locations in southern Syria.

The strikes were all reportedly connected to Hezbollah’s militia at the Golan whose efforts is to establish a front along the Golan border from which it can carry out attacks against Israel.

According to Israeli and Syrian media, the sites were used as observation posts by the Hezbollah terror group, and one site was next to a Syrian military facility that Israel has long claimed is working with Hezbollah.

There was no comment from the Israel Defense Forces, in line with its policy of only publicly acknowledging strikes that are in response to attacks from Syria.

Israel has carried out hundreds of airstrikes inside Syria over the course of the country’s civil war, targeting what it says are suspected arms shipments believed to be bound for Lebanon’s Iran-backed Hezbollah terror group, which is fighting alongside Syrian government forces.

Israel has also carried out several strikes along the border targeting Hezbollah and Iranian efforts to entrench themselves in the country of Syria at Israel’s border at the Golan.

The attack by Israel in Syria comes days after Israel said it received a green light from Russian President Vladimir Putin to keep up its airstrikes in Syria.

Reportedly, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Putin agreed during a recent meeting in Sochi that the two nations would continue to implement the so-called deconfliction mechanism that works to prevent Israeli and Russian forces from clashing in Syria.

But Russia is a close ally of Syria’s President Bashar Assad, and has forces based and operating in Syria together with Iran, while also providing Syria with its air defenses that try and shoot down Israeli jets and missiles.

The Biblical prophecies (Ezekiel 38) foretell that Persia, which is modern-day Iran, will be an ally of  Magog, which is modern-day Russia,  and together with their allies will attempt to invade Israel at their northern mountainous border in the Last Days, signaling the world is nearing the end of this age and the coming of Jesus Christ.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
