Jordan Threatens War With Israel Over Judea In Trump Plan

Signs of the Last Days® MinistryGeneral

Jordan’s King Abdullah is warning of “massive conflict” between his country and Israel if the Jewish state proceeds with annexing the West Bank as detailed in US President Trump’s Middle East plan.

Unveiled in January, the controversial Trump plan gives a green light for Israel to annex a significant amount of the occupied West Bank, leaving the Palestinians with heavily conditioned statehood in scattered territorial enclaves surrounded by Israel.

The West Bank is that territory on the west side of the bank of the Jordan River, that was re-captured by Israel from the country of Jordan in the 1967 six day war, when Israel was attacked by the Arab nations surrounding it.

And what is known today as the West Bank is also Biblical Judea.

Biblical Judea of the Israelites had Jerusalem as the capital and center of Judea, with Hebron, and Bethlehem, to the south, and Emmaus, Jericho, and Shiloh, to the north, which today this territory is also called the West Bank.

And this Judea, or the West Bank, is the same one Jesus calls out in His Last Days prophecies in Matthew 24 and Luke 21 as the place for the Jews to flee. When the anti-christ invades Judea and surrounds Jerusalem with his armies where he commits the abomination of desolation at the Jewish Temple Holy Place.

Now Jordan’s king has warned Israel of a “massive conflict” if it proceeds with its plans to annex large parts of the occupied West Bank. And Jordan has been lobbying the EU to take steps to make sure the Israeli annexation does not happen.

The EU has already rejected Trump’s plan, and support a two-state solution and opposition to any annexation by Israel.

The EU bloc and the U.N. have long been committed to a two-state solution based on the 1967 lines. And their view is that an Israeli annexation would be a violation of international law.

So European Union foreign ministers have agreed to step up diplomatic efforts to try to head off such a move, ramping up diplomatic efforts in the coming days with Israel, the Palestinians, the US and Arab countries.

As the EU begins to step out on its own to lead on the issue in the region.

But Benjamin Netanyahu has entered into an agreement with Gantz to form a unity government in Israel, driven to happen by the coronavirus pandemic after more than a year of political deadlock.

This agreement has him initially as prime minister of Israel in the unity government, which has moved Israel’s government a step closer to possibly taking action on the annexation.

And their coalition agreement says the Israeli government can, from July 1, begin considering implementing the West Bank annexations detailed in Trump’s Middle East plan.

Jordan is one of only two Arab states to have signed a peace treaty with Israel. And through its relationship with Israel, Jordan is supplied with water and natural gas from Israel, which are an economic lifeline to that kingdom.

And Jordan also has the United States as an ally as well, who stations U.S. forces in Jordan and provides them with nearly 2 billion in economic assistance annually, protecting and sustaining Abdullah and his kingdom.

But Jordan views Israel, now promising to annex Jewish settlements and the Jordan Valley, as spelling the end of the long-stalled peace process by making it virtually impossible to establish a viable Palestinian state.

So Jordan’s King Abdullah has come out and essentially put his relationship with Israel and the United States, along with the peace treaty with Israel, all on the line.

Which that shows just how serious this Mid-East situation is viewed by Jordan with Israel planning to move ahead unilaterally with the Trump-Kusher plan on its own to annex the West Bank.

Basically with Jordan saying the end of any prospect of an acceptable Palestinian state poses not just a strategic threat, but an existential threat to the monarchy in Jordan, which the king says would mean a “massive conflict.”

And Jordan is the country that controls managing the Muslim mosques and worship on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in collaboration with Israeli security.

Any agreement or deal for Israel having to do with the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in the future, would have to have the agreement of the King of Jordan.

And it is Jordan that is specifically called out by the prophet Daniel in his anti-christ prophecies in Daniel chapter 11.

Where the prophecy says the anti-christ “shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.”

And Edom, Moab, and the monarchy of Ammon, are all in what we know today as the country of Jordan.

The glorious land of  Israel in Judea and Jerusalem will be invaded as being threatened now by the King of Jordan. But the armies will be raised and led by he who will become anti-christ as Daniel also describes in chapter 11.

And why does Jordan escape the dominion of the anti-christ and his armies?

Probably because of the working relationship the King of Jordan will have with the one who will become anti-christ, from when they confirm the coming agreement in the Mid-East including the Temple Mount as described in Daniel chapter 9:27.

But there’s also another Biblically prophetic reason. Jesus said in His prophecy in Matthew 24 and Luke 21 that when the armies invade Judea and surround Jerusalem, for the Jews to flee Judea to the mountains. But to where do they flee?

They can’t go north or south out into Judea, or what is now called the West Bank, because the anti-christ armies will have invaded that. And they can’t go west because there is the Mediterranean Sea.

But the mountains of ancient Moab and Edom are east of Jerusalem not far from Ammon the capital of Jordan. And the Greek-named Petra is in the ancient area of the Hebrew-named Bozrah in the mountains located at Edom in Jordan.

And the Bible prophecies as Daniel 11, Jeremiah 49, Isaiah 63, and Revelation 12 indicate that God will miraculously deliver the remnant of Israel like an eagle, and spread His wings over them at Bozrah, in Jordan.

Where they will have a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days, or for the 3 ½ years of great tribulation. As a place that escapes out of the hand of the anti-christ.

And right now, who do we have in the news as challenging Israel over Judea also called the West Bank, and saying that massive war can come over it?

It is the chief of the children of Ammon or the King of Jordan, who has a peace treaty with Israel and is the leader of the country with a key role around Israel and the anti-christ prophecies.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
