After launching the last North Korean ballistic missile that traveled farther than any other, even capable of reaching Guam, leader Kim Jong-un spoke to the KCNA news agency.
In his comments, he vowed to reach the country’s nuclear goal which is to establish “equilibrium” of military force with the U.S.
He also said North Korea’s goal was additionally to make the U.S. rulers dare not talk about any military option for North Korea.
What is so alarming about the last launch is that the US Pacific territory of Guam, which North Korea says it has a plan to target, is 3,400 km from Pyongyang, putting it within range of the latest missile.
In response, U.S. leaders again made statements that the North Korean launch was “highly provocative.”
Thus far, Kim has never bluffed and always done what he said they would do. His latest statements make it very clear.
No matter what sanctions they incur or threats made against them, he will not be deterred for any reason until North Korea has what they consider sufficient nuclear ICBM missiles to strike the United States.
This meaning that those ballistic missiles have the capability to inflict such a degree of nuclear disaster upon America that he then believes the U.S. would never seriously consider a strike against North Korea.
He is clearly laying out his goal and the absolute intent to achieve it, and his actions back it up.
It leaves the U.S. with realistically only two options: either accept the new status of such a nuclear North Korea, or mount some kind of a military option against Kim’s regime.
This dire situation is a fulfillment of one of the Signs of the Last Days prophecies of Jesus Christ concerning the end-time, where He said, “and you will hear of wars and rumors of wars.”
