The terror in London at the British Parliament in a car/knife attack is now confirmed, as expected, to be done by an Islamic terrorist. The murderer, Khalid Masood, had been previously investigated and tracked by security services there in relationship to concerns about violent extremism.
The Islamic State-linked news site Amaq carried a statement calling the attacker a soldier of the self-proclaimed caliphate of ISIS. Four have died, one an American, and around forty others were injured in the attack that had people running for their lives in terror in the heart of Westminster.
The attack carried hallmarks of past strikes with low-tech, high-profile assaults on potent symbols using easily available weapons as automobiles and knives to attack and kill people in a busy public setting.
It’s a common modern method of Islamic Jihad with such attacks having happened around the world including Israel, the United States and across Europe, and is difficult to prevent. NBC reported one American eye-witness and survivor of the terror as saying that the attack looked like “pure evil.”
These on-going Islamic terrorist attacks are Signs of the Last Days Prophecy of Revelation 9:14-15, where violence and terror emanates out from the Islamic countries of the Euphrates River in the Middle-East. This Islamic violence will continue until the atrocities bring about a Middle-East World War of unimaginable consequences.
