With children across America tuning in to watch the annual Macy Thanksgiving Day Parade, instead of a production that promotes giving thanks to God for His blessings, which is the history and nature of this holiday, it was a full-on in your face push of the LGBT lifestyle.

The Thanksgiving parade featured a New York musical called “The Prom” showing boy-on-boy and girl-on-girl romance and their efforts to go to a school prom as same sex couples. 

The U.S. liberal media is celebrating the parade having the show, saying it had “the first #LGBTQ kiss in the Parade’s history,” when during the performance two women shared a romantic kiss, a moment that is believed to be the first kiss between a lesbian couple broadcast during the Macy’s holiday event.

This event, with this production prominently in the forefront broadcast across the country into America’s homes, again shows how the nation is letting go of its Biblical moorings and history that made us and kept us great as a nation.

I pray and repent for myself and my nation, for I fear that part of its end could be the same as a previous government that celebrated and pushed this lifestyle. It was called Sodom.

The only consolation is that this event today also foretells to us the coming of Jesus for His Church is truly drawing near.

For Jesus Christ said in Luke 17 that as it was in the days of Lot so it will be when Jesus reveals himself, first to His Church in the grace of the rapture then a bit later to the world in the wrath of the Great Tribulation.

He said, ” on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”

For now, we watch and pray, as Jesus said, “watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
