Mississippi authorities closed their beaches and told people to stay out of the water because of a toxic algae in the water causing rashes, stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Mississippi closed all mainland beaches on the state’s coastline during the Fourth of July weekend due to toxic bacteria sweeping the state’s Gulf Coast.

The toxic algae in the coastal water can cause rashes, stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea, and state officials also advised against eating fish or seafood from areas affected by the algae.

The blue-green toxic algae, also known as Cyanobacteria, live in water and are the most common type of algae to bloom. The algae often have a distinct musty smell and sometimes look like paint floating on water, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

NOAA says the poisonous blooms are happening because of Mississippi River flooding that has ravaged the central United States all spring.

To ease the flood waters and prevent the water from reaching New Orleans, authorities opened the Bonnet Carre Spillway, which diverted the waters into the Mississippi Gulf.

And algae blooms are mainly caused when there is higher temperatures and too many nutrients, like fertilizers, in a body of water.

The extreme weather from the warming temperatures on earth has led to massive storms and floods, which moved fertilizers from soil into bodies of water.

Then all the water from the central U.S. drained into the Mississippi River and made its way into the Mississippi Gulf’s brackish water. And that with the higher temperatures has brought about the toxic algae.

With the overall trend of hotter temperatures warming earth’s water and increasing commingling of freshwater and saltwater, these heat-loving poisonous algae blooms can continue.

And there’s no way to stop a toxic algae bloom once it happens in a large body of water, it has to run its course. So for now, the beaches are closed.

These are signs pointing to the prophecies in the Book of Revelation in chapter 8, chapter 11, and chapter 16, where they foretell how that the earth and its waters will change becoming toxic with harmful results among humankind indicating the coming end of the age.

These are signs of the Last Days revealing its time to prepare for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles (Matthew 16:19) who were authorized described how (Acts 2). Which brings peace and joy in the Holy Spirit in this life and eternal life in the world to come.
