The National Hurricane Center has reported Hurricane Dorian is strengthening and has reached maximum sustained winds of 145 mph as a dangerous major Category 4 storm.

Dorian poses a serious threat to lives and property with all of Florida under warnings and perhaps areas even farther north in the southern United States in the coming days.

And AccuWeather hurricane experts are saying that the steering mechanisms will weaken while Dorian passes over very warm water with diminishing wind shear.

This means a decrease in the forward speed of Dorian that will allow time for additional strengthening of the hurricane with it possible that Dorian could pulse to Category 5 strength, which is the highest level of intensity for hurricanes.

They recalled how that devastating Hurricane Andrew from August 1992 experienced rapid strengthening to a Category 5 over the Gulf Stream prior to making landfall in Florida.

Latest satellite imagery revealed the eye of Dorian becoming more defined and with a core cloud top temperature of minus-30 degrees Celsius or minus-22 degrees Fahrenheit. This cold at the top of the storm is a tell-tale sign of strengthening say the experts.

Hurricane Dorian has become a very dangerous storm where at winds of category 4 strength or greater it can produce catastrophic damage to homes and buildings with roofs removed and windows blown out.

Widespread power outages also occur during Category 4 hurricanes, even well away from the center. And due to the tides with the storm surge and intense rain, massive flooding is also possible.

As Dorian slows and is less directed, concerns are growing it could slow to a crawl or stall unleashing copious and potentially disastrous amounts of rain in a prolonged period of storm surge, damaging winds and flooding rainfall.

If Dorian strikes the east coast of Florida as a Category 4 storm it would be the most powerful storm to make landfall in that area in nearly 30 years.

The Last Day Prophecy of Jesus Christ is coming true where he foretold in Luke 21:25  the sign of these historic storms we continue to see, where He said “… And there shall be … distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring.”

And that is exactly what these strong storms do, with their power actually making the sea and waves to sound like roaring.

These events and conditions happening now are signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).

Preparing those Biblically born again into the Kingdom of God to be ready to escape all these things that will come to pass, in the wrath of the tribulation of Revelation prophecy that comes upon the world of disobedience, as the born again Church is appointed instead to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.
