More Witches Now Than Some Mainline Christianity Organizations

Signs of the Last Days® MinistryGeneral

The numbers of witches have dramatically increased to where there are more practicing witchcraft than even members in some mainline Christianity organizations.

The data collected by the Pew Research Center and Trinity College in Connecticut shows that witches and witchcraft, along with Wicca which is repackaged modern pagan witchcraft, have dramatically increased in recent years.

Back in 1990 there was estimated to be around 10,000 practicing witchcraft, but now today it has dramatically grown to 1.5 million and growing. Which was reported to be more than the 1.4 million mainline members of the Presbyterian Church.

They say this large growth of those practicing witchcraft is fueled by young adults seeking spirituality in pagan mysticism, astrology and tarot cards, which leads many into divining or seeking harmony with evil spirits of earth and practicing evil rites of magic to harness evil spirit energies.

Members of this new age of pagan rituals and witchcraft say that it is a pre-Christian belief system they call the “Old Religion,” with traditions dating back to the origins of human religion worshiping gods and goddesses of the earth that is in harmony with the cycles of the earth, moon, and sun marked by the solstices.

And this dark mysticism is mainstreaming as a religion for millennials. Who are already involved in yoga and meditation, mindfulness, and new-age spirituality, with them now starting to show-up for pagan holidays or new moon gatherings exploring more.

The growing interest driven by millennials in astrology, as well as the popularity of crystals, tarot cards, and pagan mysticism earth rituals, has found pathways into mainstream popularity in the travel industry, the wellness industry, and even the cosmetics industry.

That has brought this from the fringes of society right into people’s popular social media feeds as Instagram where it’s been spotted as a major trend.

The popularity became so strong that Sephora, a large cosmetics company, through San Francisco–based beauty company Pinrose, put out a cosmetic starter witch kit.

It contained fragrances, a tarot deck, a piece of rose quartz, and a bundle of white sage for burning, with them trying to cash-in on the witchy modern age phenomenon.

It has even been on display in our politics, where it was in the news how that witch covens were gathering to practice dark magic and call on spirits to ensure President Trump will utterly fail.

And a coven of witches held a public ceremony to cast a hex on Justice Brett Kavanaugh during those tumultuous confirmation hearings.

But don’t discount paganism and witchcraft as not serious and just some cute fad. It is much more serious than just a cosmetic starter kit or a so-called wellness trip to a mystical location as tree groves or Stonehenge.

For it is the spirit of sorcery and of the spirit of anti-Christ, and gives worship to satan who is the god of this world. Sorcery is anti-God, anti-Bible, and anti-Christ, as it is the rejection of the one true Lord God’s Holy Spirit and His Holy Way in Bible Scripture.

Instead turning to the human carnal use of rites, objects, and mantras in evil divination connecting with and being influenced by other spirits which are connected to the hierarchy of satan in the world.

And this apostasy started in ancient times at Babylon with its founding leaders of Nimrod and his wife Semiramis, declaring themselves as a god and goddess, as king and queen of mystical Babylon.

And Semiramis with the title queen of heaven started their own pagan temples, rites, and mantras of sorcery, as they led the first apostasy of humanity after Noah’s flood rejecting the true God of his grandfather Noah.

And now today, as a sign of the Last Days, millions of people are returning to the Old Religion of Babylonianism. As mystical Babylon religion with mystical rites becomes stronger gaining power in people’s lives as they are deceived by sorcery.

It’s no surprise that the covens are growing. For the Holy Biblical Prophecies foretold and warned that this would happen. Where sorcery would increase in the Last Days as the spirit of Babylon grows stronger in the world as we near the end of this age.

With these signs pointing to the fulfillment of the Revelation Prophecy in chapter 18 which foretold people of the nations will be deceived by the sorcery of Babylon.

These events and conditions happening now are signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).

Preparing those Biblically born again into the Kingdom of God to be ready to escape all the things that will come to pass, in the wrath of the tribulation of Revelation prophecy, that comes upon the world of disobedience. As the born again Church is not appointed unto wrath (1 Thessalonians 1:10) but instead to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.
