North Korea is raising the possibility of missile strikes on Guam just a few hours after the U.S. President vowed “fire, fury and frankly power” against Pyongyang should it threaten the United States.
A military spokesman said the country would strike the American territory should the United States provoke North Korea, Reuters reports, citing the country’s state media.
The U.S. President had earlier warned Pyongyang not to make “any more threats” against the U.S.
The latest threat also comes one day after North Korea’s foreign minister reportedly said the nation would use nuclear weapons on the U.S. if provoked.
