The Mark of the Beast in the Revelation 13 prophecy is getting close as the world financial system now has the ability where people can pay by showing their face or their hand instead of swiping a credit card.
As Mastercard is piloting new technology that lets shoppers make payments with just their face or hand at the checkout point.
The company has already launched the program for retailers to offer biometric payment methods where at checkout people will be able to authenticate their payment by showing their face or hand instead of swiping their card.
The program has already gone live in some grocery stores in South America and Mastercard says it plans to roll it out globally later this year.
Ajay Bhalla, Mastercard’s president of cyber and intelligence, said that “all the research that we’ve done has told us that consumers love biometrics,” and “they want making a payment at a store to be as convenient as opening their phone.”
According to a forecast from Juniper Research, about 1.4 billion people are expected to use facial recognition technology to authenticate a payment by 2025, more than doubling from 671 million in 2020.
To sign up for this, all you have to do is take a picture of your face or scan your hand to register it with the app. Which can be done either on your smartphone or at a payment terminal, then just link your financial account to your biometrics.
Mastercard plans to make the program “globally interoperable,” Bhalla said, “so once you’ve stored your credentials, you could use this anywhere.”
And Mastercard said that this feature could also integrate with loyalty schemes for people’s purchases.
The Holy Bible prophecy of Revelation chapter 13 describes that the Beast or Anti-Christ will cause people to receive a mark on their hand or on their face.
And that no one may buy or sell except one who has the Mark or the Name of the Beast in this manner. And the prophecy goes on to describe that taking this mark or name is a direct ticket to damnation (Revelation 14:9-11).
Why?… because it is a mark of loyalty and allegiance. Instead of taking on the Name of Jesus Christ as the Name of Salvation (Acts 4:12, Acts 2:37-39), they have taken onto themselves the name of the Antichrist, who is the man of iniquity, the son of perdition, that opposes all that is Holy and True in Jesus Christ.
The Biblical prophecies (Revelation 13, Revelation 14) foretell that society will become controlled by world government to where people cannot buy or sell without a human mark of authentication proving loyalty to the Beast in the Last Days signaling the world is nearing the end of this age and the coming of Jesus Christ.
These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
