Texas hospitals, already contending with COVID-19 patients and vaccine distribution, were further impacted by this week’s winter storm wrecking havoc on the state’s power grid.

As hospitals have been dealing with a loss in water pressure and heat.

St. David’s South Austin Medical Center said that it had lost water pressure from the City of Austin. Since water feeds the facility’s boiler, the hospital was also losing heat.

In southwest Austin, officials with Ascension Seton Southwest Hospital said they too had issues with water pressure and were not performing some surgeries as a result.

As officials had to work to evacuate some patients to other facilities due to a lack of water pressure at their hospitals, and said they were distributing bottles of water to patients and employees.

At Houston Methodist, two of its community hospitals did not have running water with most non-emergency surgeries and procedures canceled.

Also, the Texas Restaurant Association said hospitals in the state were “in serious need of food for their staff and patients” and said it was working to coordinate food donations.

According to the Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council, with power having been out and supplies running thin, people have turned to hospitals for what they’re accustomed to getting at home.

As hospitals have helped people whose supplemental oxygen tanks have run out, or those whose home medical equipment requires electricity and had to seek power in emergency departments.

Public water supply systems have reported disruptions across Texas after the unprecedented storm swept across the state causing power blackouts.

The Biblical prophecies foretell that there will be extreme weather in the Last Days (Luke 21, Revelation 8, Revelation 11, Revelation 16) as the earth’s weather will continue to intensify—signaling we are nearing the end of this age.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
