The Bible prophecies foretell that the spirit of iniquity, which is the spirit of Anti-Christ, will become so prevalent in the world just before the Anti-Christ himself appears.
That when the spirit of iniquity will have reached its fullness with the transgressors, then the king shall arise having fierce features who has sinister schemes.
