Thousands In Eastern Syria Protest U.S. Leaving

Signs of the Last Days® MinistryNews

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights observed that thousands of people in Syria have been seen participating in sit-ins and protests in towns east of the Euphrates River, protesting against the decision of the USA to withdraw from Syria.

They also are protesting against the military operation Turkey intends to carry out against the Kurds and the  Syria Democratic Forces, in the east of Euphrates area on the border between the Tigris and Euphrates river.

The Syrian Observatory learned that the border city of Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) witnessed a sit-in of thousands of citizens in the countryside of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) that were demanding protection from any Turkish military operation.

Also they monitored another approximate ten thousand people carrying out popular sit-ins to demand protection and prevention of a military operation which Turkey intends to launch in the east Euphrates area.

The residents of the area fear that it may cause large numbers of casualties.
