The U.S. has now increased its military outposts in Syria up to ten as America goes deeper into this Middle-East War.
Because of Turkish anger over U.S. policy in Syria, Turkey divulged the locations of U.S. military bases and outposts in Syria where the U.S. is undertaking operations to destroy the Islamic State in its capital of Raqqa.
Two U.S. bases in Syria—in Rmeilan, in northern Hasaka province, and Kharab Ishq, near Kobani in Aleppo province—already were well-known before Turkey published the list of the U.S. positions.
The other eight military posts were described by Turkey as being hidden and protected with them behind signs saying “prohibited area.”
The U.S. military command was incensed with what Turkey had done in publishing the information. It is highly unusual for a NATO ally to reveal details of a U.S. military deployment during active operations in a war zone.
The list posting -which we reviewed- was published by the Anadolu news agency, a state-run news agency of the Turkish government, but the post is now unreachable at last check of their website. Although we have a map of the bases that was shared, we will not publish it here.
Officers at U.S. Central Command had asked certain U.S. media to refrain from publishing details of the coalition operations saying it would be harmful to U.S. operations and those involved.
We have published before about signs how this prophetic dangerous war in Syria will worsen and the next phase of the conflict that is prophesied. These are more signs pointing in that same direction.
