Wendy’s fast food chain, who had the iconic slogan “Where’s The Beef?” in 80’s TV commercials, is now being asked the same question by customers.

As they realized that Wendy’s hallmark item was no longer available for order and only chicken items were available for takeout and delivery at some locations across the country.

Wendy’s restaurants have taken burgers off the menu in some locations due to the meat shortage caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

‘Where’s the beef?’ some outraged customers on social media asked, invoking Wendy’s catchphrase from the 1980s.

It was a shocking decision for Wendy’s, which established itself as the first fast-food chain to offer fresh ‘never frozen’ beef.

Beef shortages were reported at Wendy’s locations in California, South Carolina and Kentucky.

In a statement Wendy’s said “Beef suppliers across North America are currently facing production challenges. Because of this, some of our menu items may be in short supply from time to time at some restaurants in this current environment.”

It could be an eerie foreshadowing for what’s to come across the country not only at restaurants but also grocery stores.

Outbreaks of the virus at meat packing plants across the country have led slaughterhouses to shutter, farms to kill off animals they can no longer feed, store shelves to empty, and now restaurants to alter their menus.

Grocery stores as Costco and Kroger have announced limited stocks of beef as America starts to feel the impact of the pandemic-triggered meat shortage.

The Biblical prophecies (Matthew 24) describe that pestilence and famine together will be signs which indicate the beginning of the end of this age of grace called the “beginning of sorrows.”

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
