Not only were the bats hot in a wild game 2 of Baseballs’ World Series with records set as the Astros won their first game, but signs of Revelation prophecy were manifest also.
The game day temperature in Los Angeles was a record-setting 104 degrees toppling the 108-year-old record of 99 for the date.
And as home runs were being hit in the game, a wildfire broke out next to the stadium from the on-going dry winds and record heat.
At a point in the game, smoke drifted into the stadium as the hills around Dodger Stadium caught on fire. The wildfire had to be put out by helicopters called in to make drops to contain it.
