Facebook is coming out with a video screen chat device named “Portal” that uses facial recognition for logging into Facebook and connecting with people.
Reports say, which Facebook declined to comment on, that Facebook intends to pitch Portal as a way for families and friends to stay connected through video chatting and other social features.
The Portal will be the first product to emerge from Facebook’s consumer hardware lab and Facebook plans a formal product introduction in May at its annual developer conference and hopes to ship the device in the second half of 2018 at a reported price of $499.
Reportedly this system will bring a screen, wide-angle camera, microphone, and speakers boosted by artificial intelligence into the home, and is geared for using facial images for identification and participation.
A report said a version in testing would enable the camera to automatically scan for facial images in the room and link them to their Facebook accounts and the device will be controlled by voice-command.
Such a device would seem to be capable of projecting images into the home and also recognizing images inside the home as well. It is known that Facebook is hard at work to push the boundaries of technology for human recognition and interaction.
Its been reported that Building 8 is a top secret Facebook division which at one time was headed up by a former boss of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which is dedicated to military research. And also that Facebook’s research wing was working on technology which can read people’s minds at 100 words per minute in a “mixed reality.”
These are Signs of the Last Days as all this can be related to the prophecies of the Holy Scriptures.
Such advancement of cutting edge technology are indications of the Daniel 12:4 prophecy foretelling that at “… the time of the end… knowledge shall increase.”
And technology that projects out and also recognizes human images would align with and support fulfillment of the Revelation Prophecies of the Anti-christ Mark of the Beast system. (Rev. 13, Rev. 14, Rev. 15, Rev. 16)
Where the prophecy describes the image of the Beast is provided out to the world for worship, and also those who worshiped his image are recognized as doing so. (Rev. 19, Rev. 20)
