A Mid-East Drone War has started as nations in the Middle East are increasingly releasing drones into the air to attack like metal locusts that are capable of swarming to bring war as destroyers.
In Middle East history, desert locusts have been known as destroyers of the land. Because they would come in swarms covering the land with destruction as they devoured all the agricultural resources destroying the nations and bringing famine and pestilence to them.
And in the Biblical prophecies the Scriptures speak of locusts in military terms as the Book of Joel chapter 2 where the prophet speaks of the Day of the Lord describing the swarming locust as a great army that destroys the land.
And Jeremiah chapter 51 speaks of armies with the men and their steeds of war as locusts and bristling locusts that attack. Then Nahum chapter 3 speaks of the weapons of war as the sword like as a locust where it says the sword will cut you off that it will eat you up like a locust. And says that there will be many of these weapons like a swarming locust which are controlled by commanders.
And now in the last days, the nations have made themselves military weapons of war that are unmanned aerial vehicles or drones, like aircraft, helicopters, and other sized drones controlled by remote commanders. And these drones through technology can swarm together as the locusts and attack with fire power causing destruction of the land.
The US military has even developed new drone technology that they call LOCUST an acronym for Low-Cost UAV Swarming Technology, which enables many drones to coordinate and swarm the enemy autonomously.
And now they are developing nanotechnology with micro-electronics where they are making some drones even as small as an insect like a locust.
These nano-weapons are insect-like nano-bots that can be programmed and controlled to enter areas undetected and spy on people, or kill where they can inject toxins into people or drop a poison onto something or contaminate water.
Drones have become the defacto first weapon of choice to use in conflict and war. Because they can be cheap, evasive, lethal, risk no pilots, and can provide plausible deniability, and because of these characteristics we now have a Middle East Drone War that has started.
Military drones began in the Middle East, where it started in Israel as the first country in the world to employ a drone—or unmanned aerial vehicle—in a military operation in 1969, when the Israeli Defense Forces deployed toy airplanes with cameras mounted on them to spy on Egyptian army positions along the Suez Canal.
Since then Israel has been the world’s largest exporter of drones and together with its ally the U.S. has made huge technological advancement in the development of drones with them now playing the most significant role in the military operations of the nations.
And Iran has followed suit, as Iran has developed a drone arsenal that is surpassed only by Israel’s in the Middle East. After they reverse-engineered Israeli drones used in the Mid-east against them and also a U.S. drone that crashed inside Iran in 2011.
And Iran has also exported their drones across the Middle East to their allies and terrorist proxies as Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis in Yemen.
And now there are increasing drone attacks across the Mid-East. There have been drone attacks into Israel, in Syria, in Lebanon, in Iraq, in the Persian Gulf at Iran, in Saudi Arabia … a Mid-East drone war has gotten red-hot.
Recently across the Middle East from the vast deserts of Saudi Arabia to the crowded neighborhoods of Beirut, a drone war has taken flight across the Middle East, raising the stakes in the ongoing tensions between US and Israel with Iran and its allies.
And these drone strikes are becoming more frequent and more brazen, and the risk of escalation has become greater.
In June the Syrian Regime tried to attack US forces in Syria as their armed drone fired on coalition forces operating in Southern Syria near the Syrian-Iraqi-Jordanian border triangle, but a U.S. aircraft shot down the drone.
There was also a mysterious attack against the main Russian military base in Syria, when a swarm of armed miniature drones, descended from an unknown location onto Russia’s large air base in northwestern Latakia province of Syria.
Syrian & Iranian forces also flew drones across the Golan border for miles into Northern Israel until they were destroyed over the Sea of Galilee by Israel.
And as Iran moved drones and missiles forward into and through Iraq, who does not control its borders, then Israel attacked several Iranian militia bases in Iraq with drones. Israel also launched drones with explosives over southern Beirut in an operation against the Iranian-backed Hezbollah group.
Then Iran blasted an expensive U.S. Navy sophisticated high-altitude large drone out of the sky over the Strait of Hormuz at the Persian Gulf after Iran had also attacked commercial shipping in the area.
After which the US military nearly launched airstrikes against Iran with the US strike into Iran called off just within hours beforehand by the US President, who did so saying no US personnel had been hurt or killed when the US Global Hawk drone was shot down by Iran.
But Iran and its allies are continuing to attack US allies in the Mid-East with drones as coordinated attacks have followed. Where Iran and the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels of Yemen have targeted Saudi Arabia’s oil infrastructure with drone attacks previously on a crucial East-West pipeline, and another on a remote energy facility in Saudi Arabia.
And now Iran has brazenly attacked the world’s largest oil processing plant in Saudi Arabia in a dramatic escalation in the confrontation between Iran and the US and their allies.
Where a swarm of nearly a dozen cruise missiles and about 2 dozen drones successfully hit the refinery in Saudi Arabia with precision starting a series of fires that quickly destroyed one-half of the Saudi’s oil production sparking fears about the security of the world’s oil supplies.
Just as how natural locusts begin to attract one another as they accumulate until there are swarms of them, the same is also happening in the Middle East as drones like metal locusts are accumulating there until now we have them swarming in attacks in the Mid-East.
And in future prophecy of Revelation chapter 9, the Holy Scripture describes swarms of locusts with breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle that have tails like scorpions with stings in their tails.
And these swarming metal-like locusts will precede the gathering in the Mid-East at the Euphrates River of the largest army (200 million) and the worst death toll (1/3 of mankind) of a world war ever that starts in the Middle East.
These events and conditions happening now are signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
Preparing those Biblically born again into the Kingdom of God to be ready to escape all the things that will come to pass, in the wrath of the tribulation of Revelation prophecy that comes upon the world of disobedience, as the born again Church is not appointed unto wrath but instead to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.
