Disasters seemed to be everywhere in the strange year of 2020. The year actually set a record for the most disasters costing at least $1 billion.

And experts from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Red Cross, and the Center for Research on Disasters, all describe how 2020 has set multiple records for disasters.

But expert scientists at Georgia Tech, Colorado University, University of Michigan, the World Meteorological Organization, and others, are saying that they don’t want to be an alarmist or scare people.

However, they believe in the future we’re going to look back on 2020 and say those were the good old days when disasters weren’t so wild.

For they say we are pretty much guaranteed to have at least double the disasters that we have now. Since they say things are going to get a lot worse from here for the world with stronger winds, more heat and drought, heavier downpours and floods, and more.

They say that back in the year 2000, what has happened now in the year 2020, could have been subject material then for a great science fiction film.

And they say that likewise, going into the future, we will see an increase of real-time disasters as they are laid on top of one another with multiple situations occurring at once.

Already, there are microcosms of this happening in the world.

Recently there was a powerful 6.4 magnitude earthquake that struck Croatia sending shockwaves through Europe killing people and wiping out buildings in the strongest quake in Croatia in 140 years.

But this disaster added to an already disastrous time for Croatia, as they were already repairing 20,000 buildings from an earthquake back a few months before, while they were also tackling at the same time one of Europe’s worst surges in coronavirus cases, as they were also having a record economic recession.

As their Prime Minister said on television, “2020 has brought us tragedy after tragedy.”

This is also the future of the world at large that the disaster experts are warning of and that the Biblical prophecies also foretell is coming in the future.

A time where there will be disaster after disaster one upon another until it becomes a time period so full of tragedy that it is called the Tribulation of the World by the Apocalyptical Books of the Bible.

The Biblical prophecies (Matthew 24, Luke 21, Revelation 6) foretell that there will be the intensification of disasters with pestilence, earthquakes, war, and famine as signs of the Last Days indicating the nearing end of this age.

These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).

The prophecy has come true, the perilous times are here. The need is greater than ever before.
