There was another celestial event in the heavens, when at the end of the night on July 4th, there was a “Thunder Moon” eclipse that brought an end to the Independence Day of the U.S.
There have recently been several signs in the heavens, with a one-third solar eclipse of the sun over Jerusalem, and then a bright fireball with a rare noise as thundering over Tokyo, Japan, and now this “Thunder Moon” lunar eclipse.
This “Thunder Moon” eclipse was a penumbral eclipse in which the bright full moon dims and looks strangely more brown-gray than the usual bright white.
According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, the name “Thunder Moon” for the eclipse, is because thunderstorms are so frequent occurring a lot in the earth around July’s full moon due to the rising heat.
A lunar eclipse occurs when the moon is on the opposite side of the Earth from the sun and passes through the Earth’s shadow to some extent.
This penumbral eclipse is when the moon doesn’t reach the inner, darkest part of Earth’s shadow, which could make it turn deep red as a blood moon. But instead, it glances the outer, less dark part of the shadow, which causes the moon to dim.
So the Thunder Moon eclipse causes the moon to dim in the heavens and points to a time of intense noise of thundering happening in the earth.
It was just reported how that intense thunderstorms with severe lightning strikes killed nearly 120 people in one day, which was said to be the largest, single-day death toll in recent memory from such an event in India.
And the Biblical prophecies (Revelation chapters 8, 11, & 16) foretell how that in the end-time, there will come prophetic super-storms with strange noises, thundering and lightnings over the earth.
Also, this eclipse brought an end to a July 4th Independence Day in the US like no other.
Where the parades, the fireworks displays and large gatherings at beaches, that are some of the most popular ways Americans have marked the nation’s independence for so many years since 1776, were strangely missing.
As states closed them down in an effort to stop the spread of the pestilence of coronavirus where there are now almost 3 million cases in the US.
The Biblical Prophecies (Matthew 24, Luke 21) also say that pestilence will be a sign of the Last Days indicating the nearing end of this age.
These events and conditions happening now are warning signs pointing to the nearing fulfillment of the Last Days prophecies at the end of this age revealing it’s time to prepare now for the nearing appearance of Jesus Christ for His Church by being born again spiritually into the Kingdom of God as Jesus said we must (John 3) and His Apostles who were authorized (Matthew 16:19) described how (Acts 2).
